New-Rule Expert Police Adviser, Gen. Ameyi Celestin Guidimey

New-Rule expert police adviser, Gen. Ameyi Celestin Guidimey, supported the Roadmaps to Security in Senegal and Burkina Faso program providing expertise on democratic policing and law enforcement. Specifically, he assessed the structure, operations and management of national policing agencies to make recommendations for targeted technical assistance that will support the introduction and strengthening of community-oriented policing (COP) strategies and practices throughout the region
