General Amêyi Célestin Guidimey is a former Police Inspector General with more than 30 years of hands on police experience at the tactical, operational and strategic level, serving as a Senior Expert, Planner, Advisor and Manager in the design, management, and evaluation of public security services. He brings particular expertise in the restructuring and institutional development of security sector institutions, including the development of internal project management policies and capabilities. Now, in the private sector, Gen. Guidimey’s work has expanded into security/safety advice, economic intelligence, other support services for companies, NGOs, and security sector institutions. He is a committed advocate for world of peace and security and he welcomes partnerships with private sister companies, states, NGOs and agencies or within the framework of the United Nations. His strong international professional network and experience enables him to rapidly understand new environments and provide a diverse array of advice and support in the field of security sector reform.
