All Partners have agreed in writing to collaborate with New-Rule so that their services can be accessed through New-Rule and vice-versa. In early 2017, New-Rule and PartnersGlobal entered into a strategic partnership to collaborate on rule of law and access to justice sector programming. As strategic partners, we share office space, technical assets, and resources to implement projects in our mutual interest. For close to 30 years, PartnersGlobal has worked to enhance the rule of law in conflict and post-conflict societies around the globe by promoting access to justice, capacity building, mediation, and civil society participation in policy-making. The foundation of PartnersGlobal’s approach to promoting effective and inclusive judicial systems is establishing constructive relationships between key stakeholders including government, civil society, and grassroots groups. The Partners Network of affiliate Centers around the world is known for its international credentials as mediators and experts on collaborative processes, involving equal gender rights and economic empowerment, human rights, transitional justice, and peace and reconciliation.
Human Rights Data Analysis
New-Rule has concluded an exclusive MoU with the Human Rights Data Analysis Group (HRDAG) to collaborate on the analysis of data relating to international human rights, international crimes, transitional justice initiatives, and related documentation and analysis efforts. HRDAG’s mission to apply “rigorous science to the analysis of human rights violations around the world” complements perfectly New-Rule’s commitment to the application of the latest legal thinking on the same.
Albers International
New-Rule has a formal Memorandum of Understanding with Albers International Consulting, which is designed specifically to extend the New-Rule network of legal expertise in Continental Europe enriching comparative legal approaches. Albers International Consulting is a global consulting firm specialized in the justice sector and the judiciary. Albers’ core business is delivering services to non-governmental organizations (e.g. American Bar Association, the Asia Foundation, International Consortium of Court Excellence), European and International organizations (e.g. the World Bank, European Commission, OECD), other consulting firms and countries through projects on justice reform, justice sector assessments, the development of national and international justice sector performance indicators, the promotion of the use of court quality systems, the implementation of rule of law projects and the provision of assistance to councils for the judiciary, courts, offices of the public prosecution and ministries of justice.
