Gavin Weise

Gavin Weise has more than twelve years of experience managing democracy, elections, human rights and rule of law assistance programs. He has worked in over a dozen countries in Eurasia and is experienced leading complex international operations. His electoral experience includes advising Election Management Bodies on electoral operations, training of election officials, voter education, public relations, legal reform and the counting and tabulation of results. Mr. Weise has designed multiple public information programs with non-governmental organizations and electoral authorities. In addition, he has worked closely with civil society and judicial bodies on initiatives promoting access to justice, capacity building and training, and law reform. He has led and contributed to assessments of legal frameworks, and on the development of constitutional and related electoral legislation in multiple countries.
