Jennifer Kresge has over twenty-eight years of experience in mediation. She holds undergraduate and graduate degrees in psychology and a Master’s of Governance certification. Ms. Kresge has been an active participant in the development of negotiation and mediation training programs, and an innovator in the use of neuroscience research in negotiation and mediation. She mediates family, trustee and business disputes, divorce, custody and visitation, personal injury, as well as school and government conflicts. She is a Past President of the State of California County Boards of Education. In addition to initiating the development of a Strategic Plan for the California County Boards of Education, she has been directly involved in social, political and economic leadership, and has assisted in the development of programs which have benefited individuals and organizations. She has been a guest instructor and adjunct professor in both the private and public sector. Ms. Kresge has trained and presented in the field of mediation both nationally and internationally. She is a past President for the Association for Dispute Resolution of Northern California (ADRNC), serves on the Napa Valley Leadership Council, and was a regional member of the Obama Transition Team for Healthcare. For the past ten years, she has been involved in postgraduate coursework in neuroscience, and is a member of the Brainy Bunch and the Learning Omnivores.
